How screwed up is this site? Plus, when our commish emails about issues we are having it takes them 2 weeks to get back to him or they never get back to him at all.

Live scoring? Funny! It should be called "An hour behind scoring". It's sad when I have to go to NFL.COM for live scoring and look for every one of my players and my opponents players to see actually what the score is.

Luckily, our commish is in another league and uses ESPN.COM and is very happy with it and he said we are going to be using them next year. And it's free!!!

Thanks for the memories Fanball. You just lost another customer who has been with this site for 5 plus years!

AMEN, TO THAT BROTHER... TOLD OUR COMMISH IF HE USES SCAMBALL NEXT YEAR<THAT I WOULD NOT PARTICIPATE... WHAT A LOUSY SITE!!!!!!!!

I have never fielded so many complaints as comissioner regarding the website and problems! I am in two other leagues that do not use Fanball (both are free), and they are performing perfectly this year. What happened to Fanball is beyond me, but we are done after six years with the service!

bye bye fanball. I'm in 4 other leagues, all free sites, and this is the worst site out there. Period. Liked the site before this year.

Did you want to get rid of everyone for some tax write off reason or something? Absolutely horrible.

I asked the members last year, as our 3 year contract was expiring, if they wanted to try a new site. They voted to stay with Fanball another year to see how well the site improved. We have been with Fanball since 2001... wait correction ... We HAD been. This is it. The members are now chastising me for staying with fanball this year, while they know they voted to stay... but they are soooo pissed off that there is no other way except to blame the boss.

I've been told by 15 year members to switch sites or they are gone next season.... let's see who do I offer my loyalties to... hmmmmm.... do I have as much time as Fanball service tech's have to reply with service "Completed" emails that tell me to explain in more detail what the problem is. Why does their subject line state "COMPLETED" if they are not even sure what the problem is? I think I've contacted them EVERY single week, sometimes for multiple reasons, this season... when in years past, I had to contact them maybe 2 or 3 times over 8 years.

The system still doesn't work right. After years of requesting new implementations and I get Moderators telling me that some of them are great ideas and are on the docket for next year... I was hoping, foolish me, that they'd finalllllly implement them with the NEW league designs.

I'm on this forum NOW, trying to see if anyone else keeps getting the messege : "you are trying to access a league that does not exist" WHILE I AM THE COMMISH AND HAVE BEEN ON THE SITE FOR AN HOUR WORKING ON THINGS.

I'll be finding a new site to use, and much cheaper than what I THOUGHT was a cheap site, in the range of FREE.

Another question, why is nobody from Fanball stepping in on this thread to .... .to just save the current customer base, if nothing else??? !!!!!!!!! What a loser site this has BECOME this year.

The message is usually a result of using an old bookmark or it's a problem with cookies. Try going to www.fanball.com and click Log Out. Then login and use the link under My Teams and Leagues to access youe league. If this corrects the problem, delete the old bookmark and save a new one. If this doesn't help, check that you are accepting cookies.
