We apologize for the delay this season in making Commissioner NHL 2009 available for you to renew and signup. We opened Commissioner NHL for 2009 on Sept. 29 for new leagues and renewals. Please let us know if you have any problems signing up.
Stats for the new season have been posted today. If you have any problems that need immediate attention, please call 800-267-3322 from 10-5 CT. To contact Customer Service via email, please click the Help link and use the Contact Us option. This will open a trouble ticket. Please write down your ticket number in case you need to reference it later. At this time there is a high volume of support requests and it will take us longer than usual to respond.
If you have not received a reply from us, it may have been blocked by your Internet service provider or directed to your Junk folder. To insure that you receive our replies, please add support@fanball.com to your address book.
